Tasting notes:
Wine with a characteristic perfume with remarkable olfactory persistence. In the mouth, it is delicate, full-bodied, with pleasant notes of pepper and red fruit. It concludes with a light spicy note, which enhances the bouquet.
Foos pairing:
It is easy to pair at the table, it enhances first courses of pasta with meat sauces, second courses of white and red meats; Excellent paired with cold cuts and aged cheeses.
How to serve:
Pour into a ballon glass at a temperature between 18 and 20 °C.
